AutomatedBlog

WordPress autoblogging plugin that posts for you every week

Connect your WordPress site once, with our plugin or an application password. AutomatedBlog plans topics people search for, writes each post in your brand voice, adds categories, tags and a featured image, and schedules it to publish on your calendar.

01

Two simple ways to connect your WordPress site

Pick the way that feels easiest. Both give AutomatedBlog permission to create posts on your site, and nothing more than that.

  • Install the AutomatedBlog plugin and paste your connection key.
  • Or create an application password in your WordPress user profile and paste it into your account.
  • Choose the author name posts appear under.
  • Disconnect at any time from your account or by removing the plugin.

Your connection details are stored encrypted. Read how we handle them on the automated blog security page.

02

Posts land in the right category with the right tags

AutomatedBlog reads the categories and tags you already use. Each new post goes into the category that fits its topic and gets a few tags that match your existing ones.

  • Map topics to your own categories once.
  • Reuse your tags instead of creating dozens of new ones.
  • Keep your archive tidy, the way readers expect it.

04

Publish on schedule, or save as drafts for review

By default the autopilot publishes each post on the date in your calendar. Your blog runs itself.

  • Choose the days and times posts go live.
  • Pause the calendar for a holiday and resume later.
  • Prefer a final look? Send posts to WordPress as drafts instead.

On Pro and Enterprise, the approval workflow lets a team member review and approve each post inside AutomatedBlog before it is sent to your site. Pro includes roles for 3 team members, Enterprise has roles without limit.

05

More than pulling text into your site

Old autoblogging plugins copied feeds from other sites. That adds thin, duplicate pages. AutomatedBlog works the other way.

  • Topics come from what your customers search for.
  • Every post is written new for your site, in your voice.
  • Facts come only from your own pages and your brand rules.
  • Each post passes a brand and safety check before it reaches WordPress.

That is the difference between filling a blog and building one. See the full list of blog automation integrations if you also run a Shopify, Webflow or Ghost site.

06

Starter covers one WordPress site

Most owners with one WordPress site start on Starter: 12 posts per month sent to your site with featured image, categories and tags, for $24 per month billed yearly ($288) or $49 billed monthly.

Deleting a post does not give the slot back. Slots reset each billing period. If you run several WordPress sites, compare the other plans on the autoblogging pricing page.

07

Do I have to install a plugin?

No. You can connect with an application password from your WordPress profile. The plugin is an easier option if you prefer it.

Can posts go in as drafts?

Yes. You can send every post to WordPress as a draft and publish it yourself. The approval workflow inside AutomatedBlog is part of Pro and Enterprise.

What happens to my posts if I cancel?

They stay on your WordPress site. You own every post. The autopilot simply stops at the end of your paid period.
