AutomatedBlog

AI content writer that publishes your blog on autopilot

AutomatedBlog is an AI content writer that does more than write. It reads your site, finds what your customers search for, plans a calendar, writes each post in your voice, adds images and links, and publishes on schedule. You set it up once. After that, your blog runs itself.

01

Six steps from your website to a steady blog

Here is the whole autopilot in order. You take part in the first two steps. The other four repeat every week without you.

  • Step 1. Connect your site
  • Step 2. Set your brand rules and banned topics
  • Step 3. Research and topic plan
  • Step 4. Content calendar
  • Step 5. Writing with images and internal links
  • Step 6. Publishing on schedule and a monthly report

02

Step 1. Connect your site once

You pick your platform and connect it. AutomatedBlog works with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Ghost, plus an API for custom sites on Enterprise.

The connection gives AutomatedBlog permission to create and schedule blog posts. It does not change your theme, your products or your pages.

Then AutomatedBlog reads your public pages. It learns what you sell, who you serve, where you work and how you talk about it. These pages become the only source of facts about your business.

Step 2. Set your brand rules and banned topics

Next you tell AutomatedBlog how you want to sound and what it must never do. This takes a few minutes and you do it once.

  • Your tone of voice, for example friendly and plain, or calm and expert
  • Words and phrases you like, and words you never use
  • Topics that are off limits, such as prices you do not publish, competitors, medical or legal promises
  • Pages that matter most, such as your main services or best selling products

You can change these rules any time. Every new post follows the latest version.

03

Step 3. Research and a topic plan built on demand

AutomatedBlog looks for the questions real customers type into Google Search about your kind of business. It groups them by intent, so a post that helps someone compare options is not mixed up with a post that answers a quick how to question.

Each topic gets a target keyword, a search intent label and a clear reason to exist. Topics that would compete with each other, or with your own service pages, are dropped.

Step 4. A content calendar you can see

The topic plan turns into a calendar. You choose how often to publish, from one to three posts a week, within your plan's monthly limit.

Each row shows the date, the post title, the keyword and the intent. You can move a date, swap a topic or block one. If you do nothing, the calendar simply runs.

04

Step 5. Writing in your voice with images and internal links

For each date, the AI content writer drafts a full post. It follows your brand rules, uses facts from your own pages, and writes in short, clear sections with real headings.

  • One to three images per post, depending on your plan
  • Internal links to your other posts and to the service or product pages you care about
  • A title and meta description written for search
  • Structured data so search engines understand the page

Before anything goes live, a safety review checks the draft against your banned topics and brand rules. A post that fails the check is held back, not published.

Step 6. Publishing on schedule and a monthly report

On the scheduled day, AutomatedBlog publishes the post to your site, in the right category, with the images and links in place. You do not log in, paste or press publish.

Once a month you get a short traffic report: which posts were published, which ones bring visits, and what comes next. Growth and higher plans also get a weekly report.

05

What you do once and what runs by itself

The point of autopilot is that your part stays small. This is the split.

You do onceRuns by itself every week
Connect your site Research new topics
Set tone, brand rules and banned topics Update the content calendar
Choose how often to publish Write each post in your voice
Mark your most important pages Add images and internal links
Run the safety review
Publish on schedule and report traffic

If you want to read posts before they go live, Pro and Enterprise add an optional approval step. On Starter and Growth, posts publish on their own.

06

Why an AI content writer alone is not enough

Most writing tools stop at the draft. Someone still has to choose the topic, check the facts, add pictures, link the post, paste it into the site and remember to do it again next week. That is why so many small business blogs stop after three posts.

AutomatedBlog covers the whole job, from research to the report. If you want a closer look at the writing itself, read about our ai article writer. If you want the full picture of running a blog without a person, see our auto blogging software.

07

Do I have to approve every post?

No. By default your blog runs on full autopilot. If you want to review posts before they publish, the Pro and Enterprise plans include an optional approval workflow.

Where do the facts in my posts come from?

From your own public pages and the brand rules you set. AutomatedBlog does not invent prices, services, locations or claims about your business.

What happens when I reach my monthly post limit?

Publishing pauses until your next billing period, when the limit resets. Deleting a post does not give the slot back. You can move to a higher plan from your account at any time.

Can I change the schedule later?

Yes. You can change how often you publish, move single dates or block a topic whenever you like. The calendar updates right away.
