1. All sales are final
When you subscribe or renew, you get full access to your plan for the whole billing period right away. Your posts, calendar, connected sites and reports are available from the first day, so every payment is final.
By subscribing, you ask us to start providing the service immediately. Where the law gives consumers a right to withdraw from a purchase, you agree that this right ends once we start providing the service.
Before paying, you can run the one-time plan preview at no cost and with no card. It shows a content calendar and part of a first draft for your own website, so you can judge the service before you decide.
2. What is never refunded
We do not refund:
- monthly or yearly payments after the billing period has started
- renewals you forgot to cancel before the renewal date
- unused posts, images or other plan limits in a billing period
- posts you deleted, unpublished or replaced, since deleting a post does not return a slot
- time left in a period after you cancel or downgrade
- yearly plans cancelled partway through the year
- charges caused by changes on your website or hosting platform that stop publishing
- dissatisfaction with search rankings, traffic or sales, which no one can promise
- accounts suspended or closed for breaking our terms
3. The only exceptions
We issue a refund only in these three cases.
- Duplicate charge. You were charged twice for the same subscription and the same period.
- Unauthorized charge. A charge you did not make or approve, reported to us within 14 days of the charge, and confirmed after we check it.
- Total failure of service. The service did not work at all for your account for the paid period, because of a problem on our side that we could not fix.
A refund covers only the affected charge, up to the amount of that charge, and goes back to the original payment method.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Send it from the email address on your account and include the date and amount of the charge, the last four digits of the card or other payment details, and a short description of the problem. We review every request and reply by email.
Please contact us first. Starting a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us is a breach of our terms and may lead to the suspension of your account.
5. Renewals, failed payments and cancelling
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period. You can see your next renewal date in your account.
If a renewal payment fails, we try again for a short time and tell you by email. If the payment still fails, your plan pauses until the payment goes through.
You can cancel any time from your account in a few clicks. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not pro rate or refund the rest of the current period.
