1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to everyone who uses the automatedblog.com website, the plan preview and the AutomatedBlog software (together, "the service"). "We" and "us" means the administrator of the automatedblog.com service. "You" means the person or business that uses the service.
The service is built for businesses. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you use the service for your business. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the service beyond the plan preview. Give us a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account and for the people you invite to it. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone used your account without permission.
3. Plans and subscriptions
The service is sold only as a subscription. Plans are Starter, Growth, Pro and Enterprise, billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Prices do not include taxes unless stated, and taxes are added where the law requires.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. We charge your saved payment method at each renewal.
We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to your renewal, and you can cancel before then.
4. Plan limits and usage
Each plan has monthly limits, such as posts per month, connected sites and images per post. Limits count usage during each billing period. Deleting, unpublishing or replacing a post does not return a slot. Unused slots do not carry over and limits reset at the start of each billing period.
When you reach a limit, the service pauses new posts until the next period or until you move to a higher plan. Moving to a higher plan is charged right away for the difference. Moving to a lower plan applies from the next period.
5. Plan preview
Before paying you can run the plan preview once. It shows a content calendar and part of a first draft for your website, so you can judge the service before you subscribe. The preview is not a paid plan and does not include publishing.
6. Payments, refunds and cancelling
Payments are processed by our payment processor. Payments are final, as described in our refund policy. You can cancel any time from your account. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
If you start a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at [email protected] to resolve the issue, that is a breach of these terms, and we may suspend or close your account.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit or harmful to minors
- infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights
- publish false claims about health, money, law or safety that could harm readers
- connect a website you do not own or are not allowed to manage
- send spam or build pages whose only purpose is to manipulate search results
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits or security
- resell the service or share one account between separate businesses without our written approval
We may refuse, remove or stop publishing content that breaks these rules.
8. Your content and ownership
You own the content you give us, such as brand rules and facts about your business, and you own the posts the service writes for you. When a post is created for your account, any rights we have in it pass to you. You keep your posts after you cancel.
You give us a limited permission to store, process and publish your content only to run the service for you.
We own the service itself, including the software, design, templates and brand. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond using the service.
9. Your website and published content
You are responsible for your website, for the access you give the service and for everything published there, including posts written by the service. You decide what topics to allow, set your brand rules and choose whether posts go live automatically or after your review. Check that published content is accurate and fits your business, especially anything about prices, health, legal or financial matters.
10. AI output disclaimer
The service uses AI to plan and write posts. AI output can contain mistakes, outdated facts or text that is similar to text elsewhere. Our safety review step reduces these risks but cannot remove them. Posts are not professional advice. We do not promise any search ranking, traffic level, sales or other business result, because search engines and markets are outside our control.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running every day, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may carry out maintenance and may improve, change or replace features. If we remove a major feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
Third party platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Ghost can change how they work. We are not responsible for their outages or changes, though we work to keep connections running.
12. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time from your account. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, do not pay, misuse the service or put other users or us at risk. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. After closing, you can ask us to export your posts within 30 days, after which we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.
13. Warranties
Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims by third parties that arise from content published on your website, your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.
16. Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by the law that applies under mandatory rules of the place where the service is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection that the law of your country gives you and cannot be waived. Before starting any formal dispute, please email [email protected] so we can try to solve the issue together within 30 days. Disputes that cannot be solved this way go to the competent courts.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and tell account holders by email about important changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
18. Other terms
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account or these terms without our consent. These terms, together with the privacy policy and the refund policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
