Webflow blog automation that fills your CMS collection
You built a beautiful Webflow site. Now let it publish. AutomatedBlog connects to your Webflow CMS, maps each part of a post to the fields in your blog collection, and publishes finished posts with images and meta fields on the days in your calendar.
01
Connect your Webflow site and pick a collection
You authorize AutomatedBlog from your Webflow account and choose the site and the CMS collection that holds your blog posts.
- Pick the site you want to connect.
- Choose your blog collection.
- Set the days posts should go live.
- Disconnect at any time from your account.
Your design, templates and pages stay exactly as you built them. AutomatedBlog only adds items to the collection you chose.
02
Map fields once and every post lands in the right place
Every Webflow blog collection is a little different. You tell AutomatedBlog which field holds what, one time, and it fills those fields on every post after that.
- Post title to your name field.
- Slug to your slug field.
- Post body to your rich text field.
- Meta description to your summary or SEO field.
- Main image and image alt text to your image fields.
- Category or tag to a reference or option field, if your collection has one.
Fields you leave unmapped stay empty, so nothing breaks your template. You can change the mapping later.
03
Images that fit your design
Each post comes with images and descriptive alt text. The main image goes to your image field, and extra images sit inside the rich text where they help the reader.
- Images are uploaded with the post.
- Alt text describes each image in plain words.
- Your template decides how images look on the page.
04
Publish on schedule, or keep posts as drafts
By default each post is added to your collection and published on its calendar date. Your blog runs itself.
- Publish items on their scheduled day.
- Or add them as drafts and publish from Webflow yourself.
- On Pro and Enterprise, use the approval workflow so a team member signs off first.
Each post also carries internal links to your earlier posts, and on Growth and higher, to your product and service pages.
05
Built for the person who owns content among ten other jobs
Many Webflow sites belong to a solo marketer, a founder or an operations lead at a small SaaS or niche brand. Writing a weekly post is always the task that slips. AutomatedBlog takes it off the list.
- Topics come from what your buyers search for.
- Posts follow your brand rules and words to avoid.
- Facts come only from your own pages.
- Every draft is checked against your brand rules before Webflow receives it.

Starter for one Webflow site
A single Webflow site with a CMS blog collection runs well on Starter. You get 12 posts per month mapped to your collection fields for $24 per month billed yearly ($288), or $49 billed monthly.
Studios that manage several Webflow sites can see the larger plans on the autoblogging pricing page.
07
Does AutomatedBlog change my Webflow design?
No. It only adds items to the CMS collection you choose. Your templates and pages stay the same.
What if my collection has custom fields?
You map the fields you want filled. Fields you do not map stay empty, and you can update the mapping at any time.
Can I review posts before they publish?
Yes. You can add posts as drafts and publish them yourself, or use the approval workflow on Pro and Enterprise.
